Small but light and airy, the Ashland Terrace building was nearly doubled in size during our renovation in 1999 and 2000 to further enhance the lives of our resident population. It now features:
 An elevator at each end of the building
A laundry room on each of our two floors
A balcony overlooking the interior courtyard
A veranda facing the heart of Chevy Chase
An Individual heating and cooling unit in each room
A "Florida room" with fireplace
A library with on-line computer
An elevator-accessible basement with individual storage units
Two dining rooms with three entry areas
A public restroom on each floor
A beauty shop
