 Because we are an independent retirement living community, it is important that our residents be able to dress, ambulate and meet three times a day in the dining room. There is no medical staff at Ashland Terrace, although a local home health agency provides blood pressure checks monthly as a community service.
Prospective residents should be:
 Without dementia
Age 65 or older
Ambulatory
Cordial and appropriate for communal living
